This is a challenge that is being hosted by Stefani @ Caught Read Handed and Amy @ Read What I Like. You can sign up for the challenge here!
I definitely wanted to join this challenge when I saw it but I kind of deflated when I realized that I probably couldn’t sign up. But I looked at the blog running it and was super hyped when I realized that I had until the 15th to sign up. And I only need to read a single library book to qualify and I’m 100% positive I’ll be able to finish at least one. I realize that I’m really, really late when it comes to actually joining this challenge and by the time this goes up, I’m pretty sure that I’ll have missed two weeks of the event but better late than never right? If I have time, I might try to make up those posts, but it’s highly doubtful I’ll be able to, considering the busy weeks that are coming up. I’ll give it a try though. Gotta have at least one thing to make the dullness of AP studying better.
Anyways, this is called the Reading My Library Challenge. It’s pretty much celebrating libraries and reading all throughout the month of April. The only rules are that you must read at least one book from your library! Easy enough right?
I’m not entirely sure what this post is supposed to contain but I guess it’ll just include books that I might read. All of these were included in a previous Stacking the Shelves post but I’ll list some contenders.
At the moment, the books on the list include…..
- Cabinet of Curiosities by Douglas Preston & Lincoln Child (if school library books count)
- Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas
- Unwind by Neil Schusterman
- I’ll Meet You There by Heather Demetrios
- The Scorpio Races by Maggie Stiefvater
- The Archived by Victoria Schwab
- Charm & Strange by Stephanie Kuehn
I’ve actually started Cabinet of Curiosities and The Archived. I’m about 100 pages into both books. I’m hoping that I’ll be able to finish at least half of the books on my list but I’m definitely not going to stress out too much about it.
If you’re doing the challenge, be sure to link me to one of your posts or comment below telling me what you’re reading!
Welcome to the challenge! So happy you could join us. Great list of possible reads, I recently read Throne of Glass, amazing. Happy reading!
